VE Awards - Getting Rewarded!
VE VIP Reward Cards
VE @ Keele recognises volunteer's contributions through a process of accreditation. Accreditation provides recognition of volunteering achievement in terms of skill, knowledge and personal development. Individual performance is assessed by the total number of hours, type of activity, responsibility and training undertakes. VE @ Keele offers four volunteering awards:
Bronze Award
Introduction to volunteering
25 hours of volunteering activity
Silver Award
Understanding voluntary organisations
50 hours of volunteering activity
Gold Award
Teamwork and additional skills
75 hours of voluntary activity
Platinum Award
Event planning and organisations
100+ hours of voluntary activity
Positive Contribution to the Community Award
Certificate in recognition of your volunteering contribution
For volunteers who are not completing a VE Award

For volunteers who are not completing a VE Award
VE VIP Reward Cards
VE @ Keele VIP cards are a way for us to say 'thank you' for your volunteering efforts and are presented to students who complete one or more VE Awards. VIP cards allow priority entry with a guest to KUSU events and, depending on the award level, can include free drinks and food vouchers (restrictions apply). Please note VIP cards are not available to students completing a Student Volunteering Elective module.
