Shopping from home? Buying by post? Problems with your mobile phone provider? Computer not doing what the salesperson said it would?

If you have a consumer query you can always contact the IAU, but in the meantime the following links have a wealth of information on your rights as a consumer.

In some circumstances the Advice Unit refers clients to solicitors, if this is necessary or you would prefer to see a solicitor we host a Legal Surgery along with Tinsdills' Solicitors on the last Wednesday of each month where students and staff can meet a representative from Tinsdills for half an hour FREE legal advice.
