Help LogoTo log in you will need to put the first 8 digits of your Keele card number as your username i.e. 07001234 and your date of birth in as your pass word in the following format:  DD/MM/YYYY e.g. 01/01/2008.  Please remember to visit your profile page and change this password to something recognisable only by you on your first visit to the website. 

You can also use your profile page to select which societies and athletic teams you are either a member of or interested in so you can receive updates and news from the relative groups.  You can also opt in or out of receiving update emails from KUSU which we send out on a weekly basis to keep you all informed of what’s happening in the Union.  You may also receive promotional emails and occasional messages from the Sabbatical team.

Logging in to the website enables you to use the EShop facilities.  You will be able to purchase both tickets for weekly entertainments and items from the Union Shop.  All transactions are processed securely by Protx, a payment gateway that have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).  You can read all about the security standards employed by Protx here.

The KUSU Facebook application is also available to those who choose to use it.  By signing up we will be able to notify you via Facebook of any events that are happening within the Union that you have selected to be notified about.  You can also receive updates from those KUSU affiliated societies and groups that you are a member of or opt out of receiving notifications from groups and organisations that you do not wish to hear from.  There is more information on the Facebook application on the entry page here.

We can offer KUSU affiliated societies and sport teams web space of their own on kusu.net.   We will assign a designated member administration rights and provide training so you can create and maintain your own pages on the website.  This service is free of charge and is a great way to connect with your group members.  You will also have access to group email facilities so you can easily contact and monitor all your society/team members.  Contact s.osborne@kusu.keele.ac.uk if you are interested in this service.
