Welcome to Keele Universities “Go Green Week”. It’ll show how Keele can reduce its carbon emissions, as well as celebrating what we already do well. The week will also raise awareness of climate change and the impact that Keele is having upon it. The aim is to show how students, staff and the general public can all make a difference.The Introduction of campus wide blue bin recycling is a huge step forward allowing students to be able to recycle in their own kitchens and should increase recycling levels hugely. Whilst University improvements and plans are moving forward it is important not to forget the huge steps KUSU has taken. KUSU constantly strives to improve its environmental performance through the ‘sound impact awards’.
