Freshers Pass 2010 Terms & Conditions
- Passes are only available to Keele University students (of all years). Any non-Keele students putrchasing them will not be permitted access to the venue and will not be given a refund.
- Passes can be purchased online at www.kusu.net with a valid credit card, or in person at Keele Students' Union Reception from 13th September with a valid credit card or cash.
- Passes cost £39 and give free entry to the bearer for all Welcome Week events held in the Students' Union from Saturday 25th September to Monday 4th October 2010.
- Freshers passes will not be posted out. Students must collect their pass in the form of a wristband from Students' Union Reception from Saturday 25th September. Please bring photographic ID (keele card, Drivers Licence, Passport etc...) to prove that you are the holder.
- Priority entry to Freshers Pass holders will be given for the first hour of all events. Thereafter, Freshers Pass holders will still be able to gain free entry, but may have to join a queue, as any remaining tickets will go on sale to non-Freshers Pass holders.
- It is the responsibility of holders to get to the Students' Union within the first hour of the event to guarantee entry. After the first hour of an event, if an event sells out and holders have not been able to gain access they will not be given a partial or full refund.
- Please note that Stevie Starr (Sunday 26th Sept), Lee nelson (Tuesday 28th Sept) and Tony Lee (Sunday 3rd Oct) are limited seating events and Freshers Pass holders are not guaranteed a seat for these events. They will be admitted on a first come, first served basis only, and KUSU will do its best to admit all Freshers Pass holders, however no refunds or partial refunds are available if a Freshers Pass holder does not get a seat on the night for these events.
- The wristband will not replace your Keele Card, and your Keele Card and photographic ID (passport or drivers licence) should always be brought when coming to events at the Students' Union.
- It is the responsibility of the holder to look after their wristband. If a band comes off, it becomes invalid. In the event that the wristband accidentally comes off, the holder should bring the complete wristband to Students' Union Reception, where it may be possible to get a replacement. Without a complete wristband, this will not be possible. In any case, no refund will be available.
- Freshers Passes will only be available to returning students on the 13th September. Any bought before this date will be invalid and money refunded minus booking fees.
