Telephone Interviewer

ECOTEC Survey is a full service social and market research agency based on the Science Park at Keele University.

We have recently moved our Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Unit to our Keele Office and are now seeking to recruit a
new team of reliable and enthusiastic interviewers to work flexible hours on a variety of interesting research projects.  
We are looking for interviewers to work as part of a team to complete quality telephone interviews within a specified deadline
on various projects.  This includes telephone surveys with businesses and individuals on topics ranging from business support and
training needs to satisfaction with housing and the local area.

Hours of work are very flexible and include weekday mornings and afternoons.
Evening and weekend work is also available on some projects.  This is an ideal part-time flexible job to fit around other commitments. 

Previous experience of conducting interviews would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be given.

Good keyboard skills are essential along with a friendly voice and good telephone manner.

The ability to conduct interviews in other languages may also be helpful for particular projects.

Starting rate: £6.50 per hour

NB. Telephone Interviewers are paid on an hourly rate dependent on experience and performance.
Current pay scales range up to £10.00 per hour.
